- Does reBop only manages online public certificates?
- No, reBop also manages non internet facing certificates, whether they are TLS or other usage. reBop local probe, available starting the business plan, collects certificates automatically on your hosts and sends them directly to reBop.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan as you wish directly through your reBop account. Upgrade is immediate, downgrade is effective for the next billing period (month or year). Be aware that depending on your reBop usage, you might not be able to access all of your certificates when downgrading. - Is reBop free plan really free or just a trial?
- reBop free plan is free and forever free. We won't change this.
- Can I install reBop on premise?
- Yes, reBop can be installed directly in your infrastructure. Please contact us at sales [at] rebop.io to discuss it with you. We are also working on an entreprise plan, where you will be able to download reBop as a virtual machine or a Docker image.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes, you can can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect when the current billing period (current month or current year) ends.
- What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
- To make it simple, you can't exceed your plan limits.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We currently accept VISA or Mastercard credit cards. We use Stripe as our payment service.
- Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?
- No credit card information is required to sign up for a free account.
